How to Exchange My Pandora Ring From Dubai Pandora Stores?

Hi, I was given a pandora ring as a gift almost 2 weeks ago and was told I can exchange it internationally. However I have just moved to Dubai and when I went to exchange the ring I was told it can’t be exchanged internationally. I probably won’t be back Perth Australia for at least 3-4 months. In which case is there anything else I can do as I don’t want this style of ring. I love pandora and would love to change the ring for another one.

Hi Tereza, the best way is to call the store in Perth Australia from where you bought your Pandora ring. Tell them the situation and ask them how to exchange it from other stores. Keep your original receipt safe.

I also recommend you to contact all Pandora stores in Dubai one by one and ask them whether they will do this exchange or not. They may ask you for your original receipt.
