        Been looking for a Moon Stone ring (its a limited edition ring) and after calling pretty much all the Pandora stores in NSW, finally found one at the Castle Towers store (last one in my size).

        Due to the nature of my working hours was unable to collect it for another 3 days so after begging to do anything for Pandora to hold this ring, the girl on the other side agreed to hold it for me on condition I provide my contact and credit card details and strongly assured me it would be waiting for me when I was ready to pick it up 3 days later.

        Day of collection I call the store to confirm they still have it before I show up and is told no they don’t have it,…they remember speaking to me about it but can’t find the ring and doubt it ever existed in the first place!! Are you elfin serious??!!

        What a way to ruin someones day – this ring had been promised to my partner as its something she had wanted for years and now I have to break the bad news to her.

        Good on you Pandora, definitely never shopping at your stores again!!
